Property Access

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Parking Information

  • There are 2 parking spots for this home.

Policies and Rules

  • No pets allowed.
  • No smoking inside the home or outside. No trace of smoking may be left outside the home.
  • This home is located in a neighborhood. All guests are to respect a 10pm quiet time.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Guests may access Yonahlossee Resort amenities for a fee. Guests must pay a $10 per day per person base fee to use the pool, gym, and game room. If more than 3 people, the base fee will be $25 for club use. To access outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, the fee is an additional $10 per person and is $20 per person for indoor tennis and pickleball courts.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The property offers a well-stocked kitchen with utensils, a starter set of paper products (a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths). There are enough of these items for one or two nights. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (November–March). Travelers visiting during the winter months should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector provided.
